reminds me when i used to live in my old house.

i’d wake up sunday mornings and my mami had made coffee and would be making tortillas for the week.
i can just hear the tunes coming from my mom’s really old tape player.
she sang a lot more back then.

Nina Que Tienen Tus Ojos by Leo Dan. I’m pulling out a Spanish oldie here x) When I lived in Mt. Olive my mom used to have this tape player and she would always play Leo Dan’s songs. And she would sing them too while cooking, so it reminds me of the place I called home for sixteen years :)
